Fondiaria-SAI: a good consolidated result in the 1H06

Record consolidated result improved by 10.5%. Ceo Fausto Marchionni presented today in Milan consolidated results in the 1 Half of 2006. After the successful acquisition of Fineco Assicurazioni, the Group is ready to start a new initiative with BPM and to achieve all the new market opportunities: with a potential network of banking branches up to 3,500. Fondiaria-SAI wants to increase non-Motor business through banking channels and re-launch Dialogo as part of the direct channel growth.
